These Terms govern your use of Fledgely (the "Service"), a family-safety application that helps parents and guardians understand and guide their children's online lives. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of the child or children you monitor. Fledgely is a transparent, consent-based tool: it is intended for monitoring your own minor children with their awareness, and you agree to use it only in a manner permitted by the laws that apply to you. Fledgely is not for monitoring other adults or anyone without the lawful right to do so.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date.
Your first child is always free, with every feature included. Each additional child is $5/month (up to 4 children per family), billed monthly through Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel — you can cancel anytime with no lock-in and no long-term contract. There are no separate plan tiers.
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewals and charges — there is no lock-in and no long-term contract. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, access to the Service may be limited or locked.
Monthly plans are refundable only if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase; no refund is given after 24 hours. Annual (yearly) payments are non-refundable. You can always cancel to prevent future charges. For a refund request within the window, contact support@fledgely.app.
You agree to use Fledgely lawfully and only for your own minor children. You must not use it to harass, stalk, or unlawfully surveil any person, or to break any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
We work hard to keep Fledgely reliable, but we provide the Service "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, improve, or change features over time, and we may update these Terms; we will post the new version here with a revised date.
Fledgely is a tool to help you stay informed and guide your children; it is not a substitute for parental judgement or emergency services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fledgely is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
You may stop using Fledgely and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or are used unlawfully.
